I'm having a problem with a product that was installed in my vehicle either by Auto Sound, a dealership, or a company that I am unable to contact. Who should I contact?

If you are a retail customer, you should get in touch with either of our retail locations to describe your problem. Our friendly staff will assist you in solving the problem by scheduling a repair or referring you to an authorized repair facility for your product if we are unable to repair it at one of our facilities. How long does installation take?

Installation times vary product to product. Many of the products we offer take less than 24 hours for installation, while others may take some extra time. If you're getting something simple, like a remote car starter, it shouldn't take more than a few hours. If you're having several products added or putting in a custom interior, installation could take longer. The important thing to remember is that we aren't the fastest, but we are the best at 12 volt installation. Do your products come with a warranty?

Why isn't there any pricing listed on the website?

We have opted not to display pricing on our website because our products and pricing change CONSTANTLY. Many of our products come in different makes and models and fitted for different vehicles - to list them all would be difficult for our customers to keep track of.
